Martha’s career path reflects her deep passion for customer service and her ability to adapt and grow in every stage of life. She earned a degree in hospitality and spent five years in that industry, honing her skills in creating welcoming, memorable experiences for guests. After taking time to focus on her family and raising her two children, she transitioned into retail in 2004 as a sales manager for a fashion company in Los Angeles—a role she held for nearly two decades. In early 2023, she made the move to Texas to be closer to her daughter, bringing with her a wealth of leadership experience, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to putting people first.
