TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to Urban Value Rewards. Urban Value Rewards is our customer appreciation program. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Program. By enrolling or participating, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

The Program is intended primarily for customers of Urban Value Corner Store locations. You must be at least 16 years old or have parental permission. One account per individual. Urban Value may determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

 

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is free. Members must provide accurate information and keep account details current. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.

 

3. Rewards Schedule

Current earning and redemption values are published in the Urban Value Rewards Schedule. Urban Value may update the Rewards Schedule from time to time without amending these Terms, provided changes are communicated through the website, app, or in-store materials.

4. Earning Points

Members earn one (1) point for every full one dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible merchandise at participating Urban Value locations.

Points are calculated on the final eligible purchase amount after all discounts, coupons, promotions, and Urban Value Cash have been applied. Partial dollars do not earn points. For example, an eligible purchase of $6.99 earns six (6) points.

Sales tax, delivery fees, service charges, tips, donations, activation fees, and excluded products do not earn points.

To receive points, members must identify their Rewards account before completing the transaction by entering or providing the phone number associated with the account, or by using another identification method approved by Urban Value.

​

Points generally will not be added retroactively if a member fails to identify the Rewards account before completing the purchase. Urban Value may make exceptions at its sole discretion to correct a verified system or cashier error.

5. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may be redeemed only on eligible purchases. Rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Excluded Purchases

No points may be earned on, nor rewards redeemed toward: alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits), tobacco or nicotine products (including vaping products), lottery, gift cards, prepaid cards, taxes, postage, donations, delivery fees, gratuities, service charges, or any item prohibited by law.

7. Expiration

Points expire after twelve consecutive months of account inactivity. Closed or terminated accounts forfeit unused rewards.

8. Fraud and Account Abuse

Urban Value may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse of promotions, manipulation of points, resale of rewards, or other misuse.

9. Program Administration

Urban Value has sole authority to interpret these Terms, audit accounts, resolve disputes, adjust balances, and correct errors. Decisions regarding Program administration are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Program Changes

Urban Value may modify or discontinue the Program. Material changes become effective upon posting or other reasonable notice.

11. Technical Errors

Urban Value may correct pricing, point, or reward errors caused by software, hardware, cashier, or system issues.

​

12. Privacy

Personal information is used to administer the Program, communicate offers, improve services, and perform analytics. Urban Value does not sell personal information but may use trusted service providers subject to confidentiality obligations.

13. Electronic Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related emails and text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, although operational messages may still be sent.

14. Force Majeure

Urban Value shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility failures, cyber incidents, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or supplier interruptions.

​

15. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided 'as available.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Value disclaims indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the value of rewards earned during the preceding six months.

​

16. Governing Law

Texas law governs these Terms. Exclusive venue shall be state or federal courts located in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.

​

17. General Provisions

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not property. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
